Vote YES on Amendment 78

Amendment 78 would change Colorado law to require that all money spent by the state government must be appropriated by the state legislature.

As it stands, some officials like the governor and the attorney general can spend money however they like. Amendment 78 would end the practice and help prevent corruption in our state government. It would guarantee more oversight, accountability, and democratic input in how the state spends taxpayer money.

Vote YES on Proposition 120

Proposition 120 will cut property taxes by 9% and preserve the Homestead Exemption, which is a tax discount for seniors and disabled veterans.

Housing prices in Colorado continue to increase dramatically and middle-class life is getting more expensive by the day. Cutting property taxes will provide real financial relief for our families and protect those on a fixed income.
